Body building has already become a fashion these days. It has become a kind of a necessity for people to gain impression and also good health. People strive a lot and spend a lot of money to get a good, attractive and fit body. Actually it is not very hard to get a good body, all one needs to do is consume good food and exercise regularly. To achieve fitness, including carbohydrates, many proteins, vitamins and minerals are necessary. And among all the vitamins, especially B-vitamins are very much useful to gain energy levels as they promote health and optimize the overall metabolic activities.  Vitamin B is found abundant in dark, green leafy vegetables, in meat like tuna, fish, turkey, egg yolk and beans. It is also found in bananas, potatoes chilli pepper and whole grains. These vitamins are also available in the market in the form of artificially manufactured energy vitamins. Proteins and minerals are also good supplements of energy. Though they do not constitute the essential fats or fuel they help a lot in maintaining body activity and metabolism. Proteins especially help in carrying out the chemical reactions and build the muscle in the body and become strong.  Lean proteins are the best food source to build lean muscle if you are working out. It is found in foods such as Fish and legumes. There are also a lot of herbal supplements of energy vitamins available in the market. They offer a natural and healthy way to get suitable and sustained energy. They do not usually show any kinds of side effects. Taking these essential foods in essential amounts along with the prescribed energy vitamins will help you become strong and muscular. Including these foods, exercise daily is needed. Proper exercise oriented to the food you take gives you better results.
