Another reason for bad memory could be lack of rest. Brain, if kept working without rest may lose its efficiency and sharpness. Well, more sleep can also be dangerous as it may induce laziness and lack of interest in the things you do which inturn induces memory loss and lack of concentration. Hence, adequate sleep, i.e., an average of 8 hours sleep is must for every human being. Monotonous life, which means if your brain is accustomed to only one type of schedule, also leads to bad memory. Playing brain teasers or puzzles frequently can help you overcome that problem. Thus even puzzles can also be called as memory supplements.
